-Lilah Gauger is very much like her father, with the exception that she is an extrovert by nature. She loves people, the courts, and the parties. Unsurprisingly, she is friendly, vain and energetic. She also inherited her father’s mood swing. She seem to need no rest and only 4 hours of sleep. When not perfecting her wardrobe, she is with someone chatting and talking. She is a very likable person. Part of her allure is that she is treating everyone equally. She is praising the haircut of the representative of a small House in the same way, as she would the praise the new slave pet of a Harkonnen. She is there for everyone, and since her House has seemingly no major role to play, she has time and opportunity to chat with many people. And people talk to her. Her friendly demeanor helps. As does the fact that she is from an insignificant House of ill repute. Everyone is underestimating her, thinking that she is of no relevance. A fact Lilah uses to her advantage. She chats up anyone she can, and many good deals happened, because of these casual conversations. Despite her horrendous expenses, her connections and the businesses she arranges more than pay for them.
-Lilah is a raven black haired woman, with black eyes and attractive features. Despite being only her late 20s, she has seems to be everyone’s mother to whom one can turn to. She manages to be the desirable woman and the dependable mother figure at once. She usually wears revealing clothing, reinforcing her House’s reputation But she takes care not to be vulgar on official occasions.
-Lilah parties are, depending whom you ask, infamous. While these parties lack the size and grandeur of those of the Major Houses, everyone how admits being there remembers them with a smile on their face. They are never publicised in advance, but people end up there somehow by chance, and experience events at the party by chance. Well, those who are important, that is. There is nothing left to chance, and the important guests experience a choreographed evening. Lilah makes sure they get what they desire, and she has no scruples to make that happen. From the most depraved desires, to the most innocent: she makes it reality. While her parties are usually more physical in nature, there are exception, like when a Count of Kenola stayed at her party. The Count encountered another “guest”: a prominent Orange-Catholic theologian. They had a philosophical dispute until the morning. Of course her more public parties are simple carnal, orgies.
