This is a system which improves a user's ability to use weapon systems on the ship.

Base Modifier: Upgrade ability of Gunnery checks when firing vehicle weapons by one.
Mod Options: 2x “Upgrade above +1”, 1x “Innate Sniper Shot Talent”, 1x “Innate True Aim Talent”
